JSC “AJ Power Recycling” waste management systems
The shareholders of JSC “AJ Power Recycling” are SIA “AJ Power Holding”, reg. no. 40103936409, address: 21 Daugavgrīvas Street, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia. JSC “AJ Power Recycling” currently has contracts with 73 clients for participation in the used packaging management system, with 56 clients for participation in the environmentally damaging goods management system, with 9 clients for participation in the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEI) management system, and with 62 clients for participation in the textile management system.
Packaging and single-use tableware and accessories
JSC “AJ Power Recycling” applies the following selection procedure for merchants who prepare for reuse, regenerate or recycle packaging and single-use tableware and accessories:
- no tax arrears or other liquidity problems;
- there is a valid waste management permit;
- has experience in the management of used packaging;
- there is a valid financial guarantee, in accordance with valid legislative requirements;
- waste management is carried out, in accordance with valid regulatory acts;
- the quality of records and documentation is ensured, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements;
- the partner has the necessary resources to fulfill the concluded commitments on packaging management.
JSC “AJ Power Recycling” from 01.01.2023. applies the following contract partner fees for participating in the used packaging and single-use tableware and accessories management system:

Environmentally harmful products
JSC “AJ Power Recycling” applies the following selection procedure for merchants who prepare for reuse, regenerate or recycle environmentally harmful products:
