AJ Power will process such data for as long as any of the above legal bases for the processing of personal data exist. After this basis expires, AJ Power will delete your data. Upon termination of this basis, AJ Power will delete your data immediately, but not later than within 30 days.

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?

During the recruitment process, we process the information we obtain if:

  • You have applied for a vacancy (all the information contained in your CV, application letter and other information attached to your application);
  • You have applied for an internship at AJ Power (all the information contained in the internship application);
  • You have applied and want to apply for another vacancy at AJ Power (eg an application has been sent without a vacancy);
  • Information you provide to us during the interview or otherwise communicating with us during the selection process;

We do not require any special category personal data (data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic, biometric, health data or data concerning person's sex life or sexual orientation). But if you choose to provide such information, we will process it according to this Privacy Policy. If it is reasonably necessary, we may look up information about you, your skills, experience, qualifications or any other information that you have posted and made publicly available on social networking sites, for example LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc

PURPOSE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

We process the above information in order to assess the applications submitted and select the most suitable candidate for the position, as well as to defend our legal interests if necessary. AJ Power only processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law and only if there is a legal basis for the processing. The legal basis for the processing of your data may differ depending on the purposes of the processing and the specificities of the data. We can use the following legal bases:

AJ Power Holding (hereinafter - We) wants to ensure the protection of the properties of the solar panel parks it owns or supervises, the safety of employees and cooperation partners, therefore continuous video surveillance is carried out in the territory of the solar panel parks and along the perimeter of the territory, as well as at our office addresses along the perimeter of the territory.

THE PURPOSE OF VIDEO-SURVEILLANCE

The purpose of the retrieval of personal data from the video surveillance equipment is to prevent or detect criminal offenses or administrative violations related to the protection of property, the protection of the legal interests of the data controller and the protection of vital human interests, including life and health, obtaining evidence for insurance purposes, as well as for the control of labor protection and safety.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for the processing of personal data - processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by controller (Article 6(1) f) of the GDPR).

In addition, video surveillance helps prevent, detect, and investigate theft of equipment or property, and helps prevent or detect physical threats to the safety of employees and partners (eg, fire, physical threats). In certain cases, we are also entitled to defend our interests, for example, if you have filed a claim against our activities. In such cases, we process only such personal data as is directly necessary for the fulfillment of such legitimate interests of ours.

DATA CATEGORIES

Categories of personal data – personal image (appearance, behavior), place of personal image recording (camera location), time of personal image recording (date, time, start and end of recording).

When conducting video surveillance, data is processed on all persons who get into the video surveillance camera's reception area (for example, passers-by, employees, cooperation partners, etc.). The video surveillance data we organize is not published.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS

Categories of recipients of personal data – video surveillance data, upon request, is disclosed to pre-trial investigation authorities, subjects of operative activity, certified security guards, state security authorities, prosecutor's office (to obtain evidence in criminal cases) and courts (to obtain evidence in the pending case).

Data is also transferred to people who provide a security service - processors who technically service our video surveillance system on the basis of a signed contract. We only use trusted partners through whom these services are provided and whose level of data protection is no lower than ours.

The video recordings are not intended to be sent to a third country or international organization.

DATA RETENTION

Video surveillance recordings are stored for a maximum of one month before they are deleted. The deadline depends on the recording intensity (motion capture) and the memory capacity of the recording device.

The data obtained during video surveillance, in which a threat to a person, a criminal offense or a threat to the safety of equipment, territory, persons and the object to be guarded is detected, are stored until the examination is completed at the law enforcement institution.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request access to and erasure of your personal data. Please note that it is not possible to correct or supplement video surveillance recordings, as otherwise it may be considered as data falsification.

You can exercise your rights by reaching us using the contact information provided below. We will evaluate each request and its merits in accordance with applicable law and respond to you within 30 days.

Before we provide you with information, we may need to verify your identity, so we may ask you to provide additional information. We have the right not to issue video surveillance data if we do not obtain sufficiently justified assurance about the validity of the request for video surveillance data and the recognition of the person in the video material.
