“AVOTI’’ ‒ 5,1 MW
Currently, the largest industrial solar farm for the company’s own consumption, developed by the wood processing company “AVOTI” and the “AJ Power” Corporate Group. Renewable energy will be used for the production needs of the company and as a result it will cover more than a fifth (21%) of the total annual electricity consumption.
“AVOTI” continues to implement green solutions in its production processes, reducing environmental impact and increasing energy efficiency. Therefore, investing in green energy production is a logical next step.
“AVOTI” self-consumption solar energy park project has been implemented with funding from the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility program that improves energy efficiency for businesses. The project was financed through a loan from the Development Finance Institution "Altum" with a capital discount and additional funding from AS “Swedbank”.
