2025, March 10

This summer, from June 5th to 6th, Riga will once again become the epicenter of sustainable fashion and culture as the fourth "Bourzma Boutique" festival takes place. This year's event will take place in a new and authentic location, which will be revealed on May 1st.
The festival program will feature a variety of activities, including fashion shows, a sustainable fashion designer market, innovative art installations, creative workshops, and captivating musical performances.
"The "Bourzma Boutique" festival is increasingly establishing itself as a significant platform that brings together sustainable fashion enthusiasts, artists, and cultural creators. This is an environment where creativity meets a commitment to building a more responsible, conscious, and aesthetically enriched future," emphasizes Patriks Kirkils, the director and creative mind of "Bourzma."
Sustainable Fashion and Creative Activities
The festival continues its mission to support local sustainable fashion designers and create a platform for emerging talents.
On the first day of the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to witness a fashion show featuring collections by emerging designers, showcasing garments made from recycled textiles. Sustainable fashion designers will be able to apply for participation in the festival starting from March 13.
On the second day, the late afternoon program will be filled with various activities open to all festival visitors. One of the main events will be a textile upcycling workshop, where participants will have the opportunity to create new garments from recycled textiles sourced from "AJ Power Recycling" sorting containers, in collaboration with street artist Kiwie. Additionally, visitors can watch and take part in the exciting "King of Boutique" basketball competition, organized in partnership with "Hoodshop" and Ozols.
An Unforgettable Visual Experience: LED Vortex Screens
This year’s festival will offer a unique visual experience with LED Vortex Screens—an innovative technology that has been featured in large-scale artistic and brand projects in Berlin, Los Angeles, London, and other major cities worldwide. This cutting-edge technology has already been incorporated into performances and campaigns by renowned artists such as Childish Gambino, The Weeknd, and Doja Cat, as well as global brands like Nike, Adidas, and many others.
Musical Program and Afterparties
After a day full of festival activities, visitors can look forward to two spectacular afterparties.
The first night's closing event will take place at the artistic café "Kase", while the second night's grand finale will be held at a brand-new, yet-to-be-revealed location, soon to become an exciting addition to the Ziedoņdārzs district.
